Responsibilities include:

  • Custom CNC machining on lathe machines (Fanuc and Mazatrol controls)
  • CNC set-up, proving out programs and operation.
  • Developing of fixturing per job requirements
  • Work within tight tolerances to ” 0.0005
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors/concerns
  • Perform preventative maintenance as per company requirements


Qualifications:

  • Ability to read blueprints and CMM reports
  • Strong GD&T knowledge
  • Knowledge of CNC programming as asset
  • Proficient in the use of various measuring devices
  • Experience with lathe machines preferred.
  • Consideration will also be given to experience with Mill Machines and general CNC operators.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to continuous improvement
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for precision and problem-solving
