Responsibilities include:
- Custom CNC machining on lathe machines (Fanuc and Mazatrol controls)
- CNC set-up, proving out programs and operation.
- Developing of fixturing per job requirements
- Work within tight tolerances to ” 0.0005
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors/concerns
- Perform preventative maintenance as per company requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints and CMM reports
- Strong GD&T knowledge
- Knowledge of CNC programming as asset
- Proficient in the use of various measuring devices
- Experience with lathe machines preferred.
- Consideration will also be given to experience with Mill Machines and general CNC operators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
