Perio Dental Health Account Manager - Dental Industry

Position Overview: As a Perio Health Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for driving business growth, demonstrating clinical applications of our products, and expanding our customer base. Your role involves prospecting and acquiring new customers while supporting existing customer needs. Alongside internal customer and sales support teams, you will focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers within our periodontal health portfolio.
This role generates new business, establishes credibility in the dental field, and impacts ROI.
Compensation: 50K – 70K+ (base, uncapped incentive, and other allowance)
Essential Job Functions:
- Integrity-Based Sales Approach: Create, pursue, and win business opportunities through a sales approach grounded in integrity.
- Client Engagement: Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospects and existing clients. Establish exceptional relationships, repeat business and be a
- Event Representation: Represent the company at tradeshows and other sponsored events to promote our products.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively manage and document all customer interactions and activities within the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Opportunity Management: Utilize the CRM's opportunity management tool to advance new business opportunities.
- Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales goals and activity objectives.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to increase brand awareness.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor competitive environments and stay updated on market requirements related to our product portfolio.
- Educational Collaboration: Work with the Clinical Science Team to develop education strategies for prospects and customers.
- Product Training: Organize and conduct product training sessions for professional organizations and customers.
- Field Presence: Spend 10% of your time in the field, engaging directly with customers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of dental industry experience (ideally a sales representative or dental hygienists or assistants)
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and live our core values of teamwork, providing excellence service, .
- Exceptional customer service skills to build and foster customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with mobile CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Power BI experience is a benefit.
- Experience in a business-to-business sales environment is an asset.
