Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer.

We sell recruitment solutions to  businesses of all sizes that are hiring.

We are looking for a sales person who is a pro at closing sales.

When you call a prospective client who is a company that is currently hiring, you must be able to close the sale. If they are hiring, they should be a client. 

We are looking for a smart hard closer who can close in 1-2 calls

You must be fast on the computer, fast on client research and great on the phone.

 

This is a hybrid role  3-4 days in our Mississauga office at Eglington  and Tomken

$1,000 per week ($25 per hour) plus commissions. Minimum call and sales count required.

We expect you to earn $1,500 to $2,000 per week with commissions

Note - If you are looking for a work from home position, we do offer a role that is straight commission.  The salary is only if you work in our office 4+ days per week.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek, identify, follow up and close sales on leads
  • Make 40-70 outbound cold calls (have 5-6 high quality conversations daily)
  • Close a minimum 3 sales weekly
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage all your clients, follow up with them, keep them satisfied so they re-buy

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Able to close on sales in the $1,000 to $15,000 range
  • CRM experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • The desire to succeed in a competitive environment
  • Adaptable problem-solver and team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to negotiate, prepare pricing and close deals

 

Compensation  an Benefits:

  • $1,000 per week plus commissions. Minimum call and sales count required.
  • High, uncapped commissions
  • Health, dental and prescription benefits
  • 3 weeks PTO time first year
  • Business hours only Monday - Friday
